• Managing daily office administration tasks
• Handling phone calls, emails, and resident/family enquiries
• Maintaining staff and resident records
• Supporting payroll, rota coordination, and compliance paperwork
• Assisting management with reports and documentation
• Ensuring confidential records are accurately maintained
🔹 Requirements:
✔ Previous administrative experience
✔ Strong communication and organisational skills
✔ Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✔ Experience in a care home or healthcare setting is preferred
