WE ARE HIRING – IT Support Technician
We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Support Technician to join our team. In this role, you will support the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of IT systems across the organization. You will work closely with internal teams to improve service delivery, monitor system performance, support cybersecurity initiatives, and provide technical assistance to staff.
- 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal teams to analyze, improve, and streamline IT service delivery and monitoring processes.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and communicate their potential impact on business operations.
- Develop, implement, and maintain IT systems that support business efficiency, productivity, and compliance requirements.
- Monitor and maintain websites, applications, and IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Manage and support cloud-based storage solutions and related services.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
- Train and support employees in the effective use of technology and business systems.
- Scale and upgrade IT systems to meet growing business needs.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of cybersecurity controls, policies, and security features.
- Monitor system security, identify vulnerabilities, and contribute to risk mitigation efforts.
- Maintain accurate documentation of systems, procedures, and technical configurations.
- 🔹 Requirements:
- Diploma, degree, or relevant certification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience in IT support, systems administration, or IT operations. Knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems. Familiarity with cloud platforms and cloud storage solutions. Understanding of networking concepts, cybersecurity principles, and system monitoring tools. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a team environment. Experience with website administration and system upgrades is an advantage.
